ALL ORDERS
Animal paintings, prints and cards are carefully packaged and sent to you direct from my art studio within 3 working days.
Mugs, coasters, placemats, luxury cushions, and glass chopping boards are made to order for you, and my talented UK printer sends them to you in 3 to 5 working days.
I will let you know if there are likely to be postal system delays e.g. due to COVID restrictions or industrial action.
Please double check that you enter the correct delivery address at checkout. I am not responsible if your parcel is lost as a result of you giving me the wrong address.
Recycled packaging materials are used wherever possible.

UK ORDERS
Free delivery on all orders sent within the UK.
All original paintings are sent by a tracked postal/courier service and you will need to sign for your order on arrival.
Estimated delivery time for UK orders 3 -5 working days from dispatch date. Please ask if you would like me to use an express delivery service – additional costs may apply.
I will email you when your order has been sent – if it has not arrived within 14 working days of receiving your dispatch email, please check with your neighbours and then contact me so that I can investigate.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
European Customers – VAT and Customs collection systems for the EU that were introduced on 1st July 2021 mean that unfortunately I no longer ship orders to EU countries from this website. However, you can still place orders from my exclusive ranges in my Redbubble shop and my Contrado shop . Please let me know if you need any assistance with this.
USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand – Estimated delivery times – usually 5 – 10 working days from dispatch date.
All International orders for original paintings and prints are sent using a tracked postal or courier service. Please enquire if you would like me to use Express Services – additional fees may apply.
Customs and import duty fees may be payable in your country. These are outside my control and the Buyer is responsible for paying them. Please consult your local authorities for details of customs limits in your country.
Customs controls to check your package may delay the delivery of your order. I cannot therefore predict or guarantee a delivery date for your order. Customs delays may run to weeks in busy periods.

ORDERS FROM OTHER STOCKISTS
Please note that orders placed for my animal designs on Redbubble and Contrado products are subject to their own delivery terms and conditions.
Orders from my Etsy shop include VAT where relevant, but for international orders there may be customs and import duties to pay when you receive your order.
